Update: I received a call today from a glasses-rookie employee. I was politely asked to take down my review due to this being a family owned company.
I ask the person if he was related to the founders of the company, he says NO. The take-away, Walmart is a family owned company. Not to be confused with a family run company. Almost all businesses are family owned. It would be funny if it was one guy in his mom's basement outsourcing his orders to a Chinese sweat-shop.

Shipping is backwards-slow. Have yet to receive an order made a week ago. Just received the tracking. It's still in Seattle. Needed them for a job interview. Now I have to attend with a broken pair of glasses. So much for first impressions. I'm upset, to say the very least. Last time I order from these guys. Hire more people and/or get your shipping department in order. I love my grandma too but I wouldn't have hired her to handle shipping.

If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. It’s clear they don’t own their merchandise and just order it as it takes forever to get your order. Once I receive the order, the item which I have another color we’re completely stretched out it takes days of back-and-forth to find out that they charge you for shipping and then charge you a restocking fee. This company is completely incompetent. They even called me the wrong name in the email. It’s absolutely absurd. Do not buy from this organization. There’s so many other companies out there that don’t offer such a severe warrantee and take forever and have better communication. I love this response but if you read the reviews on the Better Business Bureau, it clearly shows their level of customer service as well as their response time so you can leave any response that you like however, the truth is in the reviews.

I ordered the glasses a month ago and never received them. When I contacted the company they said an email was sent to me trying to confirm the address because they didn’t recognize it. I never saw and email and the company never followed up with another email or phone call.
