Got the product as described. Took a long time for the order to process and even ship. Around 2 weeks order to door. Today everyone wants everything right away, which is ridiculous, but they were very slow compared to normal websites. My order was just a plain pair of sunglasses with no prescription added. Price was better than about everywhere though with the first time buyer discount.

"Customer Service On Point!"
The customer service team is great! If you order glasses online, you know how important that is. I also love the varied choices of frames they have. The usual place I order from didn't have the ones I was looking for, and neither did every other site I checked. Only Glasses Pros had what I wanted. (It's very hard to find rectangular, white, plastic frames!) Thank you to the team at Glasses Pros!

I appreciate that customer service addressed my inquiries in a timely manner but it would have been nice to be contacted by them to inform me that the frames I ordered were of stock. I ordered my frames on March 30th and they were shipped today.

Excellent customer service! I received a great looking product but in a size that didn’t fit, and the helpline was responsive and accomodating to fix my issue with a replacement for a better size. No fuss, no friction. I’ll definitely come back here for my next pair of glasses after this pleasant experience!

"Poor customer service"
It’s too bad the customer service team takes forever to answer you. So many reviews online state this, but I figured I’d try anyhow. Lesson learned. Order originally placed 3/22. Had an issue with my prescription so the updated order date was 3/28. By 4/16 I hadn’t heard anything, no order update so I emailed their support email asking for an update. 2 days later, with no response, I called in. The phone just rang and rang with no answer. Call back in 5 minutes and finally get a woman. Not once did she even apologize for no one getting back to me. She said they get bombarded because people send an email and then also call in and now there’s two tickets for the same customer. She basically redirected the blame on me for emailing and also calling. The only reason I even called is because no one answered my email. So it turns out that my order had been shipped on the 13th, but apparently they don’t send a shipping notification to let you know they’re on the way. Shipped the 13th but as of the 18th it still says label created and waiting for carrier pick up. Overall she was rude and could have handled the situation with much more empathy. There’s plenty of other sites out there offering the same product with better service.
