Very happy with my purchase and their customer service reps are kind and attentive when issues arrive. It took a little under 30 days to recieve my order because not only was the frame on backorder there was an issue when I tried to purchase using a 3rd party app. But their customer service rep figured it out and went above and beyond to get it corrected

I do not recommend use of this company if you are used to ordering an item and it shipping within a day or two (similar to most Ecommerce shops).
I ordered some sunglasses on Tuesday from this company because Google shopping said this website was the quickest option to get the glasses before my trip. And no, nothing special about these glasses - could have got them anywhere. I called them Friday and they said they were still working on my order (...it could take up to 12 days).
Having working in a similar industry, I know it doesn't take 12 days to throw a <1 oz item in a box and slap a label on it (granted it hasn't been 12 days... yet). My guess is they do not have the item in stock or they have one or two people running the warehouse who are completely overwhelmed or have some organizational issues.
Before you put your credit card information in, they should be upfront about having the item in stock and/or the time it takes them to print a label - whether that be 1 day or 12.
I bumped it from a 1 to a 2 star, because when I called, it didn't take long to get someone on the phone to ask about the order.

Poor communication, very long delivery time. Ordered prescription glasses 3/24/23- took 3 weeks until I received notification of shipment from the company. Sent 2 emails to inquire about status of my order, but received no response.
