I reached out several times and was ghosted until they...apologized for the employee who recently left and did nothing with my order? A refund was finally issued today, after asking for the umpteenth time what the technical mix up might be. (A little explanation about systems goes a long way in keeping a customer from going to the competition, *infra.*)
Written customer service communications also now appear to have been passed on to ChatGPT.
There are many competitors out there and I found one readily. Its service was professional, shipping and handling was fast, and prices were great. Here's to it!

I am a repeat customer and I just received another order with two pairs of Lafont glasses. I made a mistake and forgot to add my prescription to one pair. I recently purchased a replacement BMEC frame from Glasses-Pro. I was thrilled that they had my frame in stock since my original pair was purchased elsewhere and quite a few years ago.They were prompt with my delivery and the frames were a perfect fit for my lenses. Well you can imagine my dissappointment when an arm became detached in a way that could not be repaired. I wrote an email and included photos. Even though the damage was deemed accidental on my part, Glasses-Pro still agreed to replace the entire frame at ZERO Cost to me!! WOW!! Now that is what I would call Excellent Customer Service and extraordinary kindness. Thank you Glasses PRO!! I would not hesitate to do business with you again.
