I love my frames i love my glasses.
But service was horrible. First I was more or less chastised because I sent 2 emails while trying to figure out the order process and transcribing my prescription. After that nothing until I finally emailed after 6+ weeks. Then I got a message saying that the original lens were faulty. It would have been much less frustrating if they'd had the courtesy to keep me in the loop.

Site was confusing. Showed three sets of clip-on sunglasses. Not sure if I was ordering one pair, or three. If only one, choosing which style and color wasn't clear. And a RESTOCKING FEE if I guessed wrong and need to return!

The service was slow. May 6 - May 30. The distance from Washington to Wyoming isn't that far. The USPS took the scenic route. The glasses are beautiful. I have had the same pair already for three years. So!!! I wanted another pair. That is my only complaint: it took too long to get here.

I bought 2 pairs of glasses, and thanks to them I was able to obtain a model of glasses that was no longer available elsewhere, and at a very very correct price, on a great promotion. The only little less convenient thing is that they close early in the afternoon, but knowing that it's ok anyway. But even with a little delay, they still respond to emails. In summary, good experience.

I guess that waiting for my glasses to be delivered was the biggest negative; Amazon May have spoiled us, but 17 days to get a pair of sunglasses??

I never received my glasses. I contacted them after 2 weeks to find out when they would be sent. They said that they would check on it. Over a week later, never got back to me. So I contacted to have them refund me. Thankfully, they were good about refunding me.
