I found the pair I really wanted at my doctors office and so I came online to see if I could find them for less. So I took a chance and ordered prescription glasses online for the first time.
My glasses were packaged well and I was impressed it came with a nice case. However, I made a mistake when I placed the order. I accidentally ordered the wrong type of lenses. So when I called, I was surprised there was a real live person who answered the phone. Thatâs when I found out that it was a family business. We sorted out how to proceed and I got my new glasses with the correct prescription and I couldnât be happier!
