"Best Customer Service out there!"
I ordered a pair of glasses from them and they fulfilled the order right away. Those frames eventually got damaged (my fault) so I decided to reorder them again. They were stolen or lost and I had to reorder them again! Not only were they quickly responsive but helped me get another pair right away. This has been the best experience I've ever had with any company in terms of customer services in resolving issues but also in speed. I highly recommend ordering from them as they are family owned and quickly responsive.

Because of a err on the zip code, You'r lazy support team couldn't well wouldn't change the zip code to the right one or contact me so you just cancel my order. Now i have to put my subscription in again because your system wont save it for some odd reason which takes forever because of one lazy employ. Thanks Glassespros

I just got a pair if magnetic sunglasses for my glasses. Unfortunately one of the lenses was popped out upon opening. It just doesn't appear to be cut to fit tight enough...????

I called the company today and they quickly took care of my magnetic clip on's!! Sent them a photo and they will send a new pair out to me!! Great customer service!!!!
