"GLASSESPRO- Terrible service Not Worth It! …"
It is INCREDIBLY a difficult to return glasses to GlassesPro. They took over a month to deliver the glasses I ordered, and never once emailed me to let me know it would take so long. Then trying to return (within their 5 days max), I used their website, their “support” email, and finally had to call. After 20 min on the line I waa told to look for an email which will tell me IF they will approve my return. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!

No support. I ordered a pair of frames with OvernightGlasses and they arrived 3 full days later on a Saturday. Paid for 3-5 days plus 1-2 handling. 4-7 days total. 1 day early.

This is the second time I've used GlassesPros.com I was extremely happy with the first pair of prescription glasses I ordered and was definitely cheaper than buying at the eye doctor. I just ordered my second pair. I highly recommend Glasses pros.com for your prescription glasses.🙂

"Dreadful Customer Service!"
I ordered a pair of frames which needed to be backordered, and I ended up waiting months to get them. After they finally arrived, it was clear they had sent the wrong size. Eye width was 53 and I had ordered the 56. It was next to impossible to get anyone to answer my calls so I resorted to using their online chat. After I pointed out their mistake and requested a return shipping label, I was accused of being a liar. The rep said I ordered the 53 and it was clear from my order that I did not. This infuriated me. So after being promised a shipping label by more than one rep (always promising an email the following day), I finally gave up and paid the return shipping cost myself. Weeks later I got my refund. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not waste your time or money buying anything from this company. Save yourself the headache.

"Horrid - Never even got an email so I can’t refer to an order number"
Horrid - no customer service. They tankedwith me. After they charged my credit card they didn’t even send an email. Every company you order from sends an email within minutes that you’ve process an order. It took 25 calls I finally got Brian to answer he’s probably the only one there and he says check your spam. He knows darn well no email was ever generated. I can’t refer to an order number because I never got one even though they charged my credit card $115.

"Poor Customer Service"
I ordered my glasses on December 14, 2021- It is March 7, 2022 and I have not received them. They sent an email saying shipping was delayed then they said the frames did not pass quality control so they are sending them back to the manufacturer. They just keep asking if I still want them If I didn’t need them I wouldn’t have ordered; however they have not responded to my request for a discount or a credit due to my wait - Poor Customer Service!

I originally rated them much higher when I first placed my order December 8, but it is now 3 months later (March 7), and I am still waiting to receive or hear any update about the one pair of glasses I ordered. I ordered two pairs, of which we received the first about 6 weeks after placing the order. The only updates we got were that there are supply chain issues in general in the world (COVID), but this is getting ridiculous. At this point, I would like compensation for being without a pair of updated glasses with my correct prescription and not being able to use my vision benefits anywhere else. I hope this can be resolved with some money back for the inconvenience.
