"I will never purchase from this site…"
I will never purchase from this site ever again. The product comes from Canada and it has to pass customs to be processed. It will cost me $40.00 plus weight to return $71.00 back to them. DO NOT BUY IF NOT FOR SURE OF THE PRODUCT. I would have given ZERO stars if possible. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCK AND NOT HELPFUL. JUST RUDE. I wish that I had read the review and BBB reviews before buying from this site.

"VERY DISAPPOINTING…"
I was very excited about ordering from this company, but hesitated to review it prior to receiving my order. I did so any way and here I am having ordered Dec. 29, 2021, on January 17--still no glasses and none insight (no pun intended). In my emails, they inform me the glasses have not arrived at their facility, and close the ticket without satisfaction. I have tried to cancel my order and refund money without success. I would not order again from them.

"Fails Customer Service 101"
Ordered two pairs of sunglasses in a buy one, get the other half price promotion. Was charged for two pairs, but was only sent one. Contacted the company to find out happened and when I might expect my second pair. The rep couldn't give me an answer and said she would get back to me. When I didn't hear from her, emailed customer support asking to either credit my credit card for the amount paid for the second pair or let me know when I could expect to receive the pair. Finally, received word from GlassesPros that the original order had been delivered, but nothing about the second pair that I had paid for. Had to turn it over to my credit card company to handle the matter. This was a simple matter of either sending the second pair and letting me know when I could expect to receive them or crediting my account for the glasses never sent. Customer Service 101. Instead it necessitated several phone calls and emails.

This site was easy to navigate, it’s pricing was also on point. I am in the middle of a home purchase, and needed a new pair of glasses so I may drive to my new destination. I was very excited they had Gwen Stefani frames as well.

I’ve been wearing these same glasses for years and my old pair broke and I was sad I wasn’t going to find the same style but glasses pros had it and I’m so exciteddd. Going through the order process was super easy and offered a lot of nice stuff I’ll most likely get in the future. Thank youuu!

"Worst place ever!!!"
WORST place to get your glasses from. I asked for a refund NUMEROUS times and was ignored. They wouldn't send my glasses until I got paypal involved and then all of a sudden they got them in. They mailed them AFTER I said I didn't want them and said because it's a prescription lens they couldn't refund but I asked for a refund before they had my lenses made. Do NOT shop here. They are scammers.
