Todella huono asiakaspalvelu, johon vastataan muutaman päivän viiveellä. Tilasin valokuvatapetin, tilaus ei mennyt heidän mukaansa läpi, käskivät tehdä uuden tilauksen. Nyt 2 samanlaista tapettia tulossa ja maksu tietenkin molemmista. Maksua eivät toisesta peruuta vaikka vika oli heidän. Sähköpostiin eivät vastaa, puhelinpalvelu on saksaksi, vaikka numero on Helsinkiin. EI TODELLAKAAN KANNATTA TILATA!

Tilasin valkoista tapettia. Tuotetiedoissa ei lukenut mitään että olisi kimalletta mutta tapetti oli täynnä glitteriä. Tuotetiedot olivat valheelliset ja palautus täytyisi tehdä omakustanteisesti. Asiakaspalvelu ei vastaa. En tilaa koskaan enää mitään, todella törkeää toimintaa.
