After not receiving my order after 2 weeks, I made an enquiry to be told that there are never any problems (except for mine, obviously) and that the issue was caused by the delivery address being wrong.
How can the delivery address be wrong but the same address for billing be correct?!
Three days later, I was told on the phone that the problem was because I am incompetent...!

Order arrived with damaged goods. We requested a replacement and keep receiving notice it has shipped, but never arrives. Have reported it to Bricaflor and have been told it's not their problem, they just a middle man. We need to take up the battle with their offshore suppliers and they don't want to hear about it.
Wish we had read the reviews here before using them! We will be taking this up with the UK Consumer Rights.

If you’re expecting to receive flooring or any products offered by Bricoflor in the delivery time stated on the website then BUY ELSEWHERE.
I ordered flooring a month ago and still no idea where the order is or when it will be received. All they can tell me is it’s left the warehouse. No communication, no updates, no offer to rectify the issue when confronted and zero responsibility taken for their misleading and outright false advertising.
Extremely poor customer service!!

No returns after 14 days. I think this is ridiculous. Wallpaper Direct gave me a refund for unused rolls several weeks later. Awful customer service and won't use them again.

Knowing you only get a sample smaller than an A3 price of paper I ordered 2 samples of the same (yes I know very cheeky). I was charged £5.95 delivery - was ok about this. However my sample has finally arrived but is only 1 piece of paper small than an A4... and the franked letter states they paid £3 for the actual postage.
Unhappy because the little bit I received doesn’t show the whole repartition.
So glad I found these reviews before placing my order. Would rather give up my lovely wallpaper then go through the same as some of these others.

"Astonishingly incompetent"
Astonishingly incompetent - True story. I wish I'd read these reviews first before placing an order. Two months from ordering, still no floor despite numerous calls to which various excuses were offered in response. For the first couple of weeks it was "stuck with the courier", then that turned into "whoops sorry we completely missed your order, we'll send it next week", at the moment we're on "it's ready to ship, we'll send you the tracking information". Oh my naivety; I should have asked for the tracking information over the phone last week. I asked for it this week and was placed on the obligatory hold for 15 minutes while they rummaged through the excuses playbook once again. After a while the line just went dead. As I write this I'm number two in the queue and have been for about 20 minutes... and now I've been booted out of the queue and told to send them an email. If you've made it this far through the vitriol, congratulations! I hope it's proved informative. Honestly, unless you want to use this as a distraction to see you out of lockdown, do yourself a favour and buy whatever this company purport to be selling from somewhere else.
Update following Pauls reply - which amazingly is the fastest response I've had to any of my interactions with the company. Fellow buyers take note, the advice to "all the other people in a similar situation" suggests my experience is unfortunately not unique...
