So I've been tied into an ice comms contract for 2 years now and the prices just keep rising, because I didn't upgrade at the 18month ewciew point the reason why I didn't upgrade or change anything on my contract is because if you make any alterations on your account guess WHAT they reset the clock which ties you in for another 36 months. Which they will say it's all in the small print so small you can barely read it. But now I've got a barrister looking over my contract also off-comm so make sure when you sign up with ice comms for mobile phone contracts you know all the ins and outs. Let's just see where they legal route takes me

Multiple good reviews from the same account is always suspicious.. especially when it happens after a spate of negative reviews which are from real people and very accurate with huge similarities. I will continue to post negative reviews until the score meets the service so no other business owner is scammed by this company and their awful sales reps!


Want to pay more, be pressured, pay double, be ignored by the sales rep who stalked you for months… use ICE!

We had a problem with our Horizon system, which Nevarda was very helpful in sorting out. He then called a month later to check that everything was ok! What service!
