We found ourselves with a seriously injured dog who required surgery to rebuild her knee. We were so grateful for our vets to agree to sort the funding directly with the Kennel Club as bills came thick and fast. Being elderly doing things online didn’t come easy yet saying that The KC kept us regularly updated with emails which diminished our stress and allowed us to concentrate on nursing our dog at home. We certainly can’t thank the KC Insurance enough for their support and rapid service at such a difficult time.

We have just insured our puppy with Kennel Club, having used KC to insure the health of our previous golden retriever for all his 10 years. Yes, premiums grew as he grew older, but claims were always settled promptly and in full even after he developed arthritis 3 years ago and he needed regular treatment and medication.
