Not sure where the excellent rating came from. Their app on Goolge Play has 2 stars from almost 400 reviews. My employer settled on Moorepay to usher in their almost decade-late move to digital payslips and the experience has been an unmitigated nightmare from day one. Logging into your account on their website is a constant struggle with error messages, time-outs, and passcodes failing to arrive. Now even that is gone, as the company has decided you must use an external app for 2-factor authentication. I've tried setting this up in both the Microsoft and Google authenticators, but the website will not accept passcodes from either. They also suggest a third app called Authy, and claim that there is a desktop version when there isn't. I have no intention of downloading a third authenticator app, so that's a non-starter. In short, my experience with this company is terrible.
