Overall, our experience with Moorepay's HR services has been satisfactory. Their advisors have consistently been on hand to assist us whenever we've had queries, which has been invaluable. The desktop site and templates provided are both comprehensive and user-friendly, making it easy to access the resources we need. Additionally, when specific templates or documents are not available, Moorepay has often been able to supply something very similar, which we appreciate.

One area for improvement, however, is the consistency of advice provided. On occasion, the guidance we receive can vary considerably depending on the advisor, which can be challenging when seeking clear, definitive answers.

That said, Moorepay has been a reliable partner for our HR needs, and we would recommend their services while noting this area for enhancement.

After a problem with payroll and a number of people contacting and emailing and this is not a small number of calls the issue still is not corrected, now after 4 weeks people have suffered financial losses and coursed unnecessary stress the situation has still not been resolved and moorepay is unwilling to speak to anyone effected to understand what needs to be corrected and deal with it promptly.
