"I would have liked to put zero stars…"

I would have liked to put zero stars but no option for that. I can't believe what horrendous service this is, we unfortunately never got going so can't comment on that, however they explained to us on the meeting when we were deciding whether to use Moorpay for our payroll that it would be easy to set up, they would do all the set up and hard work, we explained we are a non profit charity and only 3 part time office staff so we appreciated the fact they would support us with the transition. Unfortunately this wasn't the case and they said we needed to fill out this ridiculously long and extensive spreadsheet, we are not trained or an expert in putting this kind of data on spreadsheets and can you imagine if we did it wrong, we therefore after numerous attempts to plead with them to support us as we were keen to get going with the payroll, they did nothing. It left us very upset and no choice but to go elsewhere. If that wasn't bad enough they proceeded to now after nearly a year charge us £2,000 for doing absolutely nothing!!! We are not unreasonable and if we wasted their time or they had completed a set up then fair enough we should pay a little amount perhaps something like £200 but they haven't spent any hours on setting up or on boarding or anything. We are a charity but they just don't care, I've never experienced anything like it. We have been trying to explain the situation but no one is trying to talk to us sensibly but treating us as if we have committed a crime, we are so upset, this is so upsetting. Please please people avoid!!!!

She provided us with the help and support & assurance throughout the process that we had conducted the disciplinary fairly and legally.

"Bad app not all user friendly with…"

Bad app not at all user friendly with mobile phone.very hard to go to leave calendar, download salary slip etc etc.

Even if download the app when we login it redirects to a website on iOS

"Moorepay Payroll Support is a bit hit…"

Moorepay Payroll Support is a bit hit and miss. Emails to payroll at moorepay.co.uk are quickly allocated a case number but response is very slow, usually in excess of 48 hours and always seem to require a telephone follow up.
Recent promotional guides are talking about payrolling expenses becoming a HMRC requirement but Moorepay does not have a plan in place for this for 25/26.

"Splendid advice"

I have worked with Moorepay for many years now. They are essential for the smooth running of a business as we get sound advice at all times so we understand how to deal with issues that arise.

Guidance is always clear and followed up by clear templates to use for letters.

It is very reassuring to know they are always there, even out of hours. All communications are recorded so you dont have to always speak to the same person

Years ago we had one case that went to tribunal and Moorepay indemnified it all as the facts were exactly as we had stated and we followed their advice to the letter

"Bad service after being made redundant "

The company I worked for went into administration, meaning we all were made redundant. Our payslips were still generated even though we weren’t paid. Since that point the administrators and our old HR department have been asking Moorepay daily to re run the payslips at 0 for everyone as we can’t claim our final months pay with the RPS until this is sorted. A month on and this still hasn’t been rectified by Moorepay. Terrible service.
