I have been using lead forensics for around 11 months now for 2 websites, Dovetail Group & CR Lewis.
Throughout this time, the service has been stellar.
Mark Lawson was assigned to handle my websites around 6 months ago and he's been no less than brilliant, incredibly informative and coherent. It's transparent that he knows what he's talking about and he is well educated in the field. It's quick and easy to call for a meeting with LF, and they always go above and beyond to make sure you're in a good position to see the benefits of their software.
For me, as a marketing manager, Lead Forensics has enabled me to see the companies that visit the website and the key words they used to get there. This has lead me to revise my SEO and PPC based on the desired customer as I now know their search terms, this is an overpowered tool for marketing.
I couldn't have done it without the help of Mark & Lead Forensics.
