"A worthwhile investment"

Lead Forensics is a great bit of software that helps us gather more leads. From onboarding to now, the Lead Forensics team have been very helpful and keep in touch regularly, without being overpowering. Our customer success manager, Troy has been invaluable in helping to limit manual processes and is responds to any queries ASAP.

We would like to see further development of the software, for example increased phone/email contact information and the ability to automate first contact emails in a bid to increase our capacity to follow up warmer leads in a more tailored, detailed manner.

We would recommend any appropriate business to trial Lead Forensics as it has been a worthwhile investment for our company.

"The Spam has started again"

After I posted a review before, the Spam stopped but it has recommenced today. We got no less than 5 separate emails to 5 people in the organisation using emails that they have just guessed. They all came from Amy Thomas. I just can't see that I would ever use a company that thinks that spam is a good way of generating customers.
