So far we are very satisfied with the tool and in particular the service we received. Since our project manager left the company and her replacement is no German speaker, we are a bit concerned that the fantastic and pro-active support we received might come to an end. Most of our users are not performing well in English. While the new PM certainly is a great guy with great knowledge, doing his best for keeping the service on the high level we are used to, we think that the language barrier will have an impact.
