I ordered a new lawnmower but it was 'lost' by the courier. I contacted the customer service team and they were extremely helpful. Particularly Peter Whuartohe, my main contact. He couldn't have been more helpful.
I'm now off to try out my new lawnmower.

contacted in regards to getting a replacement part for my Scheppach Cross cut saw 6 months ago, was told it was not in stock and they had no lead time. No offers to advise when it might be back in stock. then a request to tell them how they did a few weeks ago. Disgusting customer service

I have bought a couple of things from here and the quality has baeen outstanding, but more so the customer service has been outstanding.
Twice now I needed to contact customer service, once before a purchase and once with a tech issue. Both times the customer service was fast and efficient, the best I've ever received.
This time full credit goes to Sanjana Sobahah who was polite, knowledgeable and fixed my issue in record time.
