Hyundai mower 3 year warranty through Genpower.
Perhaps it's just me, but I thought a warranty meant that the work of collection and repair would be done by Genpower. Perhaps a local repairer would call round and remedy the fault.
I didn't realise that I would have to drain the petrol tank and "package" the machine up myself. As a pensioner with some musculoskeletal issues, this wasn't possible.
No further assistance was offered, so I have asked a local company to do the repairs.
Just really disappointed to have to do this, that's all.

Lawnmower developed fault, kept cutting out. Raised issue with Genpower support, dealt with by Jade. Sent lawnmower back, came back fixed soon after.

I would like to say prior to Kieran Darragh getting involved my experience with Genpower wasn’t a good one since Kieran took over my case he’s been very helpful and understanding thankfully due to that my poor situation has been resolved from a person looking in if I was put through to Kieran in the first place who understood what I was talking about the issue wouldn’t have taken weeks to resolve once again thanks Kieran for your help.

"Efficient and Friendly"
Guys at Genpower arranged for a swift replacement for a faulty Hyundai mower, good couriers selected (TNT/FedEx), and good comms with Jade and Charlie who arranged for the replacement. Although I was initially annoyed to have received a faulty mower, the replacement was dealt with efficiently and having tested the new mower am very pleased with it.
