Our mower caught fire so contacted Genpower as it was under guarantee. Santana messaged me asking for details and pictures which I duly sent them, a courier was arranged to pick the mower up, I boxed it for them, they renewed all the faulty and damaged parts and couriered it back to me. There was a slight delay on my part, waiting for packing boxes to arrive, but that taken into consideration the whole process only took a couple of weeks, the correspondence from Sanjana and Jade was impeccable, they were such lovely people to deal with, shame some other companies don't take a leaf out of their book.....I will not hesitate to buy from this company again, their service, sales and aftersales was second to none.

My Hyundai chainsaw stopped working all of a sudden whilst cutting logs. It was just over 1 year old but had come with a 3 year guarantee, so I contacted genpower. They responded immediately and Poonam Shanto was assigned to deal with my case, which he did professionally and made everthing very clear. I received a replacement chainsaw within just a few days of making contact. So now I can cut more logs!
