Contacted Gen Power who were quick and efficient in requesting a photo etc.
Replacement arrived within days.

"Hyundai HYHT40Li Uslesss and not fit for purpose! "

Genpower have useless customer service! They like to send lip service emails but don’t really do anything.

Bought a Hyundai HYHT40Li last September and have used it for a total of 90 mins. The blade must have caught a large branch and hasn’t worked since.
I ordered a new blade from Genpower in April (warranty does not cover it) this year to change it over thinking it was an easy DIY job. They sent the blade, it doesn’t come with the spindle and 2 bearings attached to the blade that u need it to have to make it work! So u have to either have specialist tools to remove the old spindle and put it onto the new blade or sent the machine into a Hyundai specialist to have a repair done. I’ve not been able to use this machine since April this year due to this company’s incompetence with the parts department who do not understand what parts are required to make 1 part (the blade) actually work. There has been a lot of lip service emails back and forth for 6mths now but I’m just done!! Product is in the recycling ♻️ centre!
I would not recommend, nor will I ever buy a Hyundai product again!

1. Useless machine not fit for purpose
2. Useless warranty (Don’t be fooled by 3yrs cover!)
3. Useless company that do not even understand the parts on their products!
USELESS!

"Disgusting customer service"

Disgusting customer service. My lawnmower is under warranty and after less than 1 year my machine has developed problems.

Sent back to genpower and now charging me £88.95 to pay for “slight adjustments”. No withholding my lawnmower until I make payment. I thought an item under warranty would be fixed free and I especially didn't expect it to be broken after less than a year.
Absolutely no point having warranty if you have to pay for repairs.
Would give 0 stars if I could.

"My dust extraction unit broke down"

My dust extraction unit broke down. On contacting for a repair, I was met with a fantastic team who guided me through the process. They were very efficient, quick acting, polite and courteous. So a massive thank you to Sanjana and Solomon for all their help. My broken product was collected from my door and delivered back to my door a week later all fixed. Great company, great products.
