Customer service here is second to none. I bought a chain saw last month. A minor issue occurred, yet Craig from Gen power sorted it. With the part I needed ordered for me within 30 minutes of my email being received. Great customer service!

I needed technical assistance on a part, but the drawings etc were very vague.
I finally reached a really nice guy ( Kieran Darrah ), who spent ages on the phone scrolling through his company's handbooks, and being new to the company said it was no problem for him as he also needed to know how the part worked.
He eventually found the answer, which surprised both of us.
Kieran went over and above to give a customer the correct information, well done, and you're a credit to your company
