Although in the first instance I hadnt expected to have to contact customer service. I needed to as there was a small part missing. The experience at each contact was quick, easy and helpful. I had contact with Solomon and Jade and my problem/issue was solved quickly without any fuss and there were good and clear communications at all times. A few other companies would do well to take this approach.

George in parts said the part I need for my Hyundai compressor was out of stock but they had a new compressor in stock so they took the part off that and the part was on my desk the next working day. Absolutely amazing service and the part cost and delivery came to less than £15.I couldn't fault such fantastic service.

Delivery was a week late whilst we were kept in the dark and losing revenue daily.
They failed to get our order delivered when they said they would, we were continually let down by them not following through on what they said they would do.
On several occasions they failed to provide accurate information on the whereabouts or delivery date of our order.
They also attempted to charge us extra for a falsified failed delivery.
Very little follow up on a complaint email, we had one missed call from a manager and a very short email attempting to arrange a call back. Email communication was requested on the Monday morning and nothing heard back from them by the Friday afternoon.
In summary we recommend that you spend your money elsewhere.
