"Awful customer service."

Awful customer service.
Returned a machine as I'd ordered the wrong one, didn't unpackage it at all and it left the same as it arrived.
They collected the machine and two weeks later I had to chase them up to find out when I was going to recieve my refund. They dodged me three times then finally today said its been processed and I should recieve it in 5-10 working days meaning it's taken almost a month in total to get my money back. Its no small amount either.
Its absolutely ridiculous, if you use them make sure you get your order right because if not you're in for a treat dealing with their "customer services"...

Proactive in making contact post purchase to check the equipment was as it should be. As it happens, I did need a minor replacement part. This was issued immediately without me having to jump through hoops. Sanjana was particularly helpful and professional. Excellent customer care.
