"Absolutely shocking after-sales…"
Absolutely shocking after-sales service, still waiting for our generator to be back after it stopped working only 3x months of use, they've collected it & never returned it, they say it's arriving today/tomorrow but when I speak to the delivery company they have nothing booked in, blatant lie & broken promises not once but over and over again. Shameless, I would never recommend Genpowe to anyone, I have a the proof of anyone wants to reach out to me. Just waiting few more days before I take them to court.

Really poor delivery by FedEx again. No help ,no equipment,but happy to use a disabled recipient to maul this 50kgs parcel off a van. FedEx are happy to blatantly break the manual handling regs.

Poonam Shanto was a great help during the process. The machine had not been great from the start but Poonam provided excellent communications throughout to make sure that I knew what stage things were at with repairs and when the machine would be returned

"No parts for aftermarket!"
I recently sent my Hyundai HYM120LI510 into Genpower for repair (the mower has been cutting out despite batteries being fully powered - seems a common issue with Hyundai mowers when I Google it).
I've just requested an update and have been told that the mower can't be repaired as the parts are no longer available - I'm truly shocked given that this is not an old mower at all, and cost a lot of money new. I can't belive there is no aftermarket parts available for customers that have invested in Hyundai Power products.
It seems a truly outrageous situation that is in my opinion totally unacceptable.
What is the parts aftermarket commitment with regards to Hyundai Power tools, and what makes the parts needed so impossible to source please.

"I recently returned my pole trimmer for…Repair"
I recently returned my pole trimmer for repair after it failed after less than one hours use. I packed the trimmer with the battery charger and battery inside the original box and returned. Pick up was fairly swift and correspondence with the company was good. The fault was diagnosed as a faulty motor and this was replaced and the trimmer returned. When I unpacked the returned box the battery was missing. I contacted Richard Roberts and informed him about the missing battery who then informed me the workshop did not receive the battery in the returned box. After a couple of emails I have basically been called a liar by this company. Beware when returning products for repair, do not send the battery with the unit, you may not get it back.
Update!!!!!
Customer service lady Rukshal contacted me and a new battery was sent to me within a week.

The company as a whole, and particularly Poonam Shanto have been very helpful in resolving the problem I had with my lawn scarifier, and have kept me informed of the progress at every stage of the repair and speedy return of the unit to me.

"Lawnmower After Sales"
I purchased a Hyundai HYMT5200X Lawnmower in June 2023, delivered later that month. In early September the traction (self propelling element) stopped working, and I contacted the after sales service.
At their insistence the lawnmower and all the spare parts were returned to the depot in Pembroke. Two weeks later I was advised that the repair was not covered under the warranty, and that payment of £108.82 would be required. Eventually, after escalation, this was withdrawn.
When the lawnmower was eventually returned it had two key screws and a securing board missing. I later found that the side discharge chute was also not returned. Genpower advised that the securing board had been discarded (even though requested to be returned) and did send the two key screws. I felt it was pointless pursuing the replacement of the side discharge chute.
I would not have expected the lawnmower, only ever used on a garden and not commercially, to have broken down so soon. Similarly the after sales service left a lot to be desired.
In fairness to Genpower, following the receipt of this review their after sales service (Rukshal) contacted me and willingly refunded all costs that I had incurred in purchasing a replacement side chute. Thank you
