Very good customer service and support. A lady called Poonam Shanto help sort my delivery issue when TNT messed me around. It was very easy to phone Genpower and resolve the issue I had with TNT which Poonam sorted for me. Stress and hassle free. Thank you very much would highly recommend and buy again from this company.

Really poor experience from Genpower.
I've been speaking with Muhammad Ahmad for over 7 months, and it's been a disappointing experience. They seem to care very little and have been consistently unhelpful throughout our interactions. Still waiting for the issue to be resolved.
