Slow at refunding money,
Quick to take as they always say they have stock and clearly don’t, had this issue a few times now as a plumbing & heating engineer, obviously not got stock but advertising they do.
Take your cash then get on the phone to suppliers who haven’t got stock then always make you wait for a refund.
Then say it’s in our terms and conditions read them.
Very patronising not professional
Argumentative waste of time.
Moral of the story for a multi million pound business is
Don’t advertise parts you don’t have just because your suppliers guarantee they have,if you push there products you can get at a good rates.

Ordered a tap that was shown as stocked to find that it had been placed on back order for 3-4 weeks, not what you want when you are dealing with maintenance repairs for agencies and tenants who have no basin tap.
