Ordered a toilet pan & seat. Was told 3 days later that it was out of stock & would be 2-3 weeks. They did offer a refund. When I asked for an immediate return of my money I got a very curt email telling me to refer to their T & C. If a supplier cannot honour the goods through their fault, I shouldn’t have to wait 14 days for a refund. Not impressed!!!

Item says in stock but takes couple weeks to receive. I sent many emails but they just read what they want.
I chose this website over other websites but I regret big time. I am waiting for my refunds.
