Seems like a drop shipper with a fancy website - not a great experience. One order arrived late, probably let down by their carrier, so not their fault. The other order not in stock for 4 - 6 weeks despite website saying delivery in a few days. Offered choice of cancelling or back order so I cancelled, still not refunded a week later and still on website as available. Phone not answered, emails not responded to. Looks to be a recurring theme on trust pilot reviews.
Many of their customers appear happy though - when things go well they have decent prices.

Great customer service but check your purchase when you take delivery, 1st bath was chipped and scuffed and the second one was scraped but it was somewhere it won’t be seen, 1st bath changed with no issues.

Excellent product and although I would have liked more details of courier to be able to track, the vitro comfort toilet turned up in the timeframe given which was between 8am and 6pm. A more specific delivery slot would have been useful however the product excellent and Planet performed well !
