I placed my order more than 3 weeks ago, agreed a delivery date of 24 Nov, and I still do not have the main items ordered nor any indication of when to expect them.
Maybe Bathroom Planet have been let down by their local suppliers, but I’m on the point of cancelling and starting again elsewhere

Really annoying when you pay for a product only to be told afterwards it's not in stock and have to wait 4 - 6weeks. I missed the email saying it was out of stock but its now too late for plumber to fit so will wait for restocking. Just very annoying and waste of my time looking for one in stock.
