I had ordered a men’s jacket and it zips as a women’s jacket

The jacket didn’t look like the images, the quality was horrendous, the fit was terrible, and when I wanted to return it the customer service told me I’d have to pay for a $50 restocking fee which is half the price of the item and refused to acknowledge my dissatisfaction. Would never shop here again.
