I've called several times - 1st time representative didn't understand what I was saying in ENGLISH, didn't know how to navigate or update delivery status and hung up on my the second call. I've also emails requesting a return/exchange for a jacket just purchased to the next size XXXL and I got this email rating your customer service - BELOW PAR, UNACCEPTABLE - NEVER AGAIN which I will share on every social media outlet possible!
