This coat is not leather as advertised and I'm having trouble getting a return shipping label and they don't want to give me a full refund. Don't waste your time ordering from this company. It's a complete rip off

"4 Issues with Order - First & Only Order!"

I had 4 issues with my first & only order with Jackets Creator:

1) Tight Fit: The overall fit of the jacket is too snug / too tight of a fit / too small. I normally wear a size medium jacket but I ordered a size large just to be safe (it's OK for a jacket to be slightly loose rather than too tight). I used the size charts on the website and it should have been fine.
2) Left Hand Zipper: In the United States, men's jackets zip from the right hand side (the zipper pull is located on the right side of the jacket. This jacket was made as a women's jacket (the zipper pull is located on the left side - left hand side).
3) Hood is Too Shallow: The hood of the jacket is too shallow. Since the hood is not deep enough, there is no overhang from your head (regular jacket hood is ~10" deep vs. ~8" deep - that 2" difference is were the problem is). All jackets that I have ever purchased have some overhang (depth) to act as a sort of a hat brim which provides coverage for your face from the rain or snow.
4) Jacket Pockets Openings Too Small: The openings to the jacket pockets are ~5" which compares to ~6.5" for a regular jacket (~1.5" smaller). This creates a problem when attempting to insert your winter gloves into the pockets. The narrow pocket openings make it very difficult to be holding a winter glove in your hand and then be able to insert the glove deep enough into the pocket so that the glove does not easily fall out. That ~1.5" difference is where the problem is.

I think one star is too much. They do not honor what they say. When I made my purchase it stated 15 working days. I continued to reach out to them and there was nothing g but one excuse after another. I will never purchase from them again.
