I received a recent shipment from Supermarket Italy. There was spillage of three items in the order and there was evidence of other spillage as well. I contacted the seller and they refused to refund me for the items. Needless to say, I was very disappointed.

I was all excited to get my lavazza coffee beans there.i used to order it over Amazon, but they were not able to deliver on time.The delivery was real fast and everything was wrapped nicely. I have ordered from Supermarket Italy several times and I have so far only had good experiences. This includes both phone orders with a person and on-line orders. I live in California so I would be tolerant if I had to allow for more time, but the deliveries have always been quite prompt. Also, I love the careful way items are wrapped--there is never any breakage!
