Very poor customer service when there is an issue.

Should not offering shipping to the US if it’s going to cost the customer $50-$150 to ship them back if they don’t fit. You also have to fill out customs forms and it is very complicated and they do not want to give any assistance. Instead they just ghost the customer. Never dealt with a business with such poor customer service.

But unfortunately I had to pay the customs clearance myself and I have been contacted by FedEx multiple times as the commercial invoice did not match the final invoice.
The person I contacted at lace and favour was not helpful at all.
It should be mentioned clearly that the customer has to handle and pay the transport. This was very very disturbing.
