I ordered two pairs of shoes in a UK size 3. They arrived quickly and were packaged well. The shoes were lovely but unfortunately both pairs were very large around the toe area & unwearable. I felt these were almost “wide fit” so it was disappointing, particularly as I paid postage & return postage. I would have exchanged one of the pairs but unfortunately they don’t make any smaller sizes. I’m still waiting for my refund so cannot comment on that process yet.
