Bought a pair of what were sold as a EEE fitting sandals. When they arrived they were definitely not a wide fit. When I returned them I asked for a full refund due being wrongly sold the shoes but it was refused. Very poor customer service.
Be very careful when ordering from here as products are clearly mis advertised.

I ordered my wedding shoes and a bag, and one more pair of shoes for the second day of the wedding.

In Bulgaria, at the customs, in order to release the items, i was asked to pay additional 150 euro!!! I sent the customs today an email that they should return the package to you. It is too much to pay!!! Unbelievable.

The service was somewhat questionable – shoes were in stock with ‘immediate dispatch.’ It was only dispatched 3 days later.
This is given that I paid extra for the ‘next day delivery,’ so it was a 4 days delivery instead. No sorry or refund received, little bit pity. Nevertheless, shoes are really elegant.
