Delivery was fast, I ordered 3 items and they were great, I did have a small problem as one of the bows that was supposed to come with one of the pairs of shoes I bought didn't arrive/wasn't added into the package. However, I did email and the issue was sorted within 30 minutes (Hence why I kept my review at 5 stars) - it just so happens I was returning that specific pair anyway as they didn't go with my dress, but they stated they were more than happy to send the bows out if they were needed. The person I spoke to started my return for me and it was a very easy process. Packaging is beautiful and the shoes... they are gorgeous, great quality and both pairs were so comfortable! Definitely recommend.
