"Awesome Customer Service"

Steven answered all of our questions quickly and efficiently. He helped us change out the 4 extra sensors by sending us the return receipts and once Alder received them he will be exchanging them for a glass break and a motion sensor since we didn’t realize 4 of our windows do not open. He was awesome with great Customer Service!!!

"Fixed App…"

My app did not work properly and all it took was 1 text and it got fixed within 2 days. This is a great customer service feature because it saves me a lot of time from having to be on the phone to resolve a technical issue that needed time to fix.
