Phone Nightmare
The "provisioned" phone that as sent was not provisioned correctly. We returned it and still have not received the new phone despite paying for the same weeks ago.

"This has been the most horrific…..."
This has been the most horrific experience of customer service we have experienced as a business (which is saying something) their sales representative promised quite a few things, failed to deliver, then quit her job. After months of 6 hours on the phone, failure to port over our company line, and fraudulent billing, we attempted to cancel, only to be told we are locked into a 2 year contract. For what? Our company number is not ported over. We have no access to our phone lines.
Do not use this service. They are fraudulent at best.
