I am very happy with Ring Central and the service they provided me. Lots of integrations for my scheduling software. The customer service quickly worked with me to solve some very minor issues in regards to my account. I have sought a reimbursement for the past (4) yrs for service that "not delivered." Rather than a refund, I was offered a reduced rate of $9.99 contingent on being paid "in advance!" To date, I have been unable to "sign in to my account, and continuously experience disruptions. I'm exhausted! Ring Central SUCKS!!

The reliability and quality of the technology are excellent. I don't like being charged additional fees for text messaging -- especially since I bought an unlimited plan.

"Poor customer support"
Poor customer support. Updating our account to ADD services was a long and frustrating process. The contracts/agreements do not provide a clear description of the pricing/offer and there is no option to modify the agreements to clarify.
The service was terrible for the past year. We elected to end the service with Ring Central a few months ago even though the support team has shown improvement over the past month (July 2024).

This company does not fix problems and only adds to them. They are not responsive and cancelling a contract is impossible.

"Stop auto purchase"
Stop auto purchase. Everything is perfect, and I’m so happy with Ringcentral, however in the last 3-4 months i got the auto purchase issue.
The money was refunded to me, but it would be better if it could be turned off, specially because i have the recommended monthly plan by the account manager.
I been charged about 4-5 times, and i been refunded completely, however it would be better if they don’t charge instead of charging me and then i have to call the customer support and request the refund.
