Not super intuitive for non techy people to get set up, our SMS feature still can't be approved and it's a maze of an app - only reason we still have it is because it does make calls and I don't want to go through the headache of porting out our numbers.

"Functionality wise it is good"
Functionality wise it is good. however as a small business owner of 1 user cost is almost 300% more than others, being charged for txt in addition to my current package is also outside previous vendors i have worked with. having my number unlocked has taken way to long to be performed. many of the features provided I do not use. i use all of about 10% I just need to have calls and txt nothing else is of use fo rme.

"Small Business Rep was Rude and Unprofessional "
Once an account was created for me, the rep working on our account called me to ask how everything was going. I had a question about billing that they could not answer on the spot. This was fine, so I sent a follow up email along with our contract. A week went by and I never head back. I emailed at least two more times. Almost a month later the rep messaged and said they were "working on other projects" and couldn't respond. Note: My question was just "what was this charge for?" not a crazy complicated question. When I finally got ahold of them, they said "I have 700 clients." All I wanted was an answer to a question; THEY were the one that called me and asked if I had any questions. Then they have the audacity to not respond and when I let them know the time frame, they get attitude?! So unprofessional. We cut our plan because of this.

"Impossible To Cancel Service"
Be careful they make it almost impossible to cancel the service and find a way to charge a credit card with an expired date and your new card gets charged. Spent hours in the last two years trying to talk to a real person and never got through. After many complaints online, with my bank and the BBB they called me but then said i needed to call a different number. Finally talk to someone that said they would cancel my account and refund me less two months, which is ridicules, after two years of never being able to get to a person. On the BBB site there are multiple complaints for the same reason.

Great quality phone service and support for business. They are a bit overzealous in upselling current customers and their billing unit is sometimes difficult to work with. Also, updates are often done to the application without prior notice or receipt of 'feature release notes'.
