The support team is horribly misinformed. If you contact 2 agents with the same issue, they will tell you totally different things (mainly tell you that your issue is not an issue) so you have to look for a competent agent who will help you to solve it

I dislike the amount of times that one has to call Ring Central and have no immediate resolution. Reps appear not to know how to answer challenges that we have had making us have to call many times. Also, there are times that we do not get phone calls and we are still waiting to have someone help us trouble shoot our issues.

I dismissed all the bad reviews I initially read on TrustPilot, but unfortunately every single one of them is true.
They TCR team is completely incompetent! They strung me along for 2 months and finally BANNED our account before it was ever allowed to send text messages! How does that even make sense?!
Moreover, their customer support team is also completely useless. They also refused to refund anything at all even though they were at fault!

Their system features allows us to easily route calls to multiple Customer Service Representatives to manage the call volumes from our clients' participants. Their analytic tools gives us the ability to report call center data to our clients.

You lied to me and charged me for something I did not authorize. Hours upon hours of waiting to speak to anyone and then the issues don't get resolved. You have sucked for years but I stayed because I didn't want to go through the hassle of changing to another company. But once you started stealing from me I had to make a change and I am so glad I did. I will never reamend this company to anyone I care about!! You treat your customers like garbage! Good Bye Ring Central its been a very unpleasant 12 years!! Do not ever contact us again,
