Order from myshowplates a few times over the years now. Never fail to deliver OR to get it 100% right everytime. Will defo be returning for the next plates.

"Avoid this Fraudulent Criminal trader."

Ordered plates shorter length, but with Standard size letters to ensure legality.
Plates arrived stamped with BS AU 145e and the postcode JE4 8SH to prove they comply with the law.
MOT tester has failed my car, as the letters they in fact used are not Standard, but are too short, despite them marking the plates with the BS AU 145e as their guarantee of legal compliance.
Owner has refused refund and has refused to give his address, then went to ground and refused to answer any emails at all.
Our solicitor has had to do searches to finally locate him, and is now issuing a Summons against him in the County Court for fraudulent misrepresentation, and is reporting him to Trading Standards.

Easy to use website with lots of options to choose from at a sensible price. Some competitors charge extra for badges, etc and this company doesn't. Reasonable postage charge and very quick economy delivery - ordered Saturday, received Wednesday. Quality looks good.

"Poor / defective product, avoid..."

Just to clarify, this is my 2nd order from this website. 1st one (last year) was good, no issues.

However, with the current order, I feel the product was defective, as the top layer / transparent plastic started coming off. I thought it's a protective layer, but no, it was actually part of the number plate.

After speaking with custom service, they blamed it on the way I drilled, I should've drilled from the front, NOT from the back - which is fair enough ..

However:
1) I never drilled the other plate from the front, and it was fine.
2) I changed a few other number plates in my life, and I've always drilled them from the back and it was also fine.
and finally
3) the dealer from where I got the new bike, also drilled from the back as you can see all the markings.

So this is a STANDARD, if your product requires drilling in any other way, please provide instructions. No instructions were provided.

And customer service refused to replace the product, unless I pay more, which I'm not happy to pay for a defective product, or for their fault for not providing instructions. I don't read minds. if the product should've been fitted any other way, then provide instructions.

Used them for years. Great service.and quality. Just ordered another set on Friday. Got them Monday. Say no more...!

Order placed, money taken and number plates have not arrived.

Website displays a same day dispatch. Not the case for me.

No answer on the phone number displayed on the website. Still awaiting an update.

"Poor quality plates, terrible customer service "

WARNING DO NOT USE! I have received 2 number plates from them both were defective with air bubbles under them. I have had to send them back and they expect the customer to pay postage. Still haven’t had my refund. They claim excellent customer service I have had to prompt them twice now to even respond. Will now have to get PayPal involved to get my money back. Never again it’s been a real hassle. They now responded to PayPal to delay the matter of giving me my refund.

Whatever you do, be aware their phone number is not a mobile number. 07700 numbers are a high charge rate premium number. You are going to get billed to speak with them.
