Plates took a long time to arrive but that was out of their hands, was dealt with very professionally and would use again

"Order paid and not received "

Order placed nearly 2 weeks ago, confirmation email received and money left my account. No sign of the plates, emails are going unanswered and phone number is just ringing.

Since this review was posted the company have contacted me and claimed it was the fault of Royal Mail that my order wasn’t delivered (it still hasn’t) they did refund me in full when I requested. Since the refund they have contacted me numerous times asking me to remove this review, they have even tried asking Trustpilot to remove it claiming it was supposed to be against a different company. I’m leaving the review up as I believe they only finally contacted me because of the review.

at first the plates didn't arrive, this was a post office error and eventually new plates were sent which arrived promptly.. the plates look great and i would use the company again

good quality plates , thicker than usual show plates , came with plenty of bolts/screws and double sided sticky tape , these plates are not going to crack or fall off , highly recommended , will use again

"Still waiting…"

Husband ordered two sets of plates over Christmas. Dispatch emails received on the 27th December with tracking showing guaranteed by 1pm and we are still waiting! Have emailed twice with no response. Should have gone to Halfords!

Had several orders over several years. Always prompt delivery. Had a slight issue with one plate that was promptly rectified. Would recommend!

I must say well worth six stars if i could, website so easy and shows you exactly what you make, easy pay, and reasonable, i stupidly made a mistake and they was happy to change it ( you dont get that service anymore ) arrived in next day and already fitted

Company doesn’t respond to emails and they don’t answer the phone . Communication is terrible. I paid for next day delivery by 1pm and it has not arrived. I would not recommend using this company after my experience.
