So many great people and being able to see so many things in such a short amount of time.

"Very Average Trip"
I thought the hotel location was too far away from where the attractions were. We had to bus 40 mins to and from every day which was excessive. It felt like we spent 20 minutes on the bus for every 10 mins at an attraction. Our guide was nice, but I did not think he was effective at providing the kids necessary and appropriate information.
The food choices during the trip were poor. The one sit down dinner at the Italian restaurant (Primo) was not good.

"Tour lacked organization"
The buses were always stuck in traffic. Might not be the best form of transportation. I took the tube and had better results. Buses often dropped us off blocks from where we needed to be. Older ladies in our group had a very hard time.
Seats in two of the theatres were very bad: extremely uncomfortable.
Because of the bus problem we often did not get the free time that was on our agenda.
Two museums in one day are a strain. Too much walking and standing.
I enjoyed the outings at Stratford-upon-Avon very much, but we did not get our free time to explore all the delightful-looking stores… greatly disappointing!
Upon arrival our first outing was Trafalgar Square. On Day 5, we were to go again to central London (Trafalgar Square area again)… seems redundant! I went with friends to see the Tower of London instead, which would have made a better destination than a museum.
All four plays were excellent choices. Dinner at Gallipoli was a very nice change from all the fish & chips we were offered. Buckingham Palace was lovely. (Sad that we could not take photos.). The dinner River cruise was perhaps my favorite adventure and a lovely way to end our time in London.
When I read “guided tour” I expected a person who would show us and permit questions. We had those only for Anne Hathaway's cottage, The Globe, and our backstage tour of the National Theatre. Hop on with the show was not very instructive, and I skipped the second session for free time on my own.
Javier was a lovely person, but he would talk on and on and I would start to tune out when he finally gave us the when & where to meet. And we never seemed to follow our written schedule.

"Overpriced and unresponsive"
Our tour consisted on 20 adults, many of whom have traveled to Europe before.
The Crowne Plaza hotel you booked for us in Ealing was very nice, but much too far away from all of the places we were scheduled to see - at least an hour bus ride every morning and evening.
We were promised docents/tour guides at every site, but all we got were audio headsets, with the exception of Stratford-on-Avon and the National Theater. We also an excellent workshop and tour at the Globe Theater,
.Our World Strides tour director was a very pleasant guy who kept track of us, but he is not trained as a docent.
Most of the meals included in the tour were below average, with the exception of the Thames dinner cruise and the Gallipoli Turkish restaurant. The hotel breakfasts were very good, but the majority of dinners/lunches were focused primarily on "chips" - hardly any nutritious vegetables.
I enjoyed all 4 of the plays we saw.
I would not do a WorldStrides tour again. They are overpriced, they did not provide tour guides as promised and they were unresponsive to the head of our group, who tried to ensure that we received what we had paid for.

"Worldstrides completely missed the mark…"
Worldstrides completely missed the mark when creating an agenda to meet the needs and wants of our group.

"Italy and Greece"
I felt that information was not always given clearly in your brochures or to the organizers of this trip. The food selections could have been more varied, we had many versions of the italian lasagna, none that were great. Seeing the Colosseum, Forum, and The Vatican in one day with 90 degree temperatures was to much. I was disappointed that we did not get to go inside the Parthenon due to a fee being charged after purchasing the trip. There was no notification of this change. The cruise was good although the Islands visited were not named in my information. Plus I was not aware we would be going for a day trip to Turkey, although it was a pleasant and interesting surprise.

"Worldstrides has been a disappointment"
Worldstrides has been a disappointment. They did not accommodate our group since there were alot of elderly people with mobility issues. We were told we were going to have guided tours and all they gave us on most of the tours was a box and earphones. We had trouble with booking our seats and we could not do it with Air Canada because we were in a group. Worldstrides kept tellling us we could do it. This company would not be recommended for a tour company. Very disappointed. Our guide Havre was a nice guy but could only do so much for us. He was not trained to give dialogue on what we were passing when we were on the bus. He helped alot of us thru some issues and went out of his way for us.

"Our tour guide was great but..."
Our tour guide was great. The tour is clearly oriented toward high school students but I was with essentially was a senior group. Food wasn't good for group--too many carbs for this age group. Restaurants that were way out of the way.
Hotel was way too far out in the suburbs. Took forever to get anywhere.
