Annual service for my Grant Aerona 3 Air Source Heat Pump & the CH &HW system to which it is attached; all installed by Greener about 3 years ago. System has given no trouble, does the job & Greener are pleasant & efficient.

Hybrid Heatpump system installed, as planned, in 2 days by Nathan's plumbing crew & Mike installing the electrics. A neat & tidy job, efficiently carried out. The system was explained to me, but I'm not sure I took it all in. Time will tell.

I contacted Green Energy Group to enquire about a new Air Source Heat Pump and I had, a very quick responce the date and time was set for a person to come and give us a review to see if it would be sutable for us it was set for 19th May at 19.30...o

The appointed time came and went with no one showing up and no call to say why... I tried to call them the next day on the "already a customer" number and could not get an answer but on the new customer number I got an answer immediately... Hmmmm...

I explained no one turned up and after putting me on hold for a moment thay gave me the excuse the person had hurt their ankle and he could not make the appointment... Strange as I don't use my ankle to phone and cancel appointments or explain why I can't make the meating....

Anyway in short we won't be us g them and as it turns out we are sutable and thay just lost a £10,000 sale.
