If I could give them zero stars I would. I paid for parking for a trip I was supposed to take with my husband. Lockdown happened so I couldn't travel. I contacted Mobit, and they told me that they would cancel it, but will deduct an admin charge and then told me that it would take 5 weeks to get the refund.

Fast forward 2 months, I have emailed them twice since, no response and no refund.

I contacted my bank today to initiate a chargeback. Definitely won't be using these robbing, thieving cowboys again.

We had a good experience with this company which provided car parking close to Gatwick airport. Our only difficulty was finding the place. The instructions were not clear, and the signs were confusing. But the staff were helpful, and we had quick transfers. The car was in good condition when we returned to it a few days later. So all in all I would recommend the company (but they do seem to go by several different names, which again is very confusing!)
